Challenge
Rental teams in Belgium stitch together banking portals, Word templates, and legal PDFs. Generic software ignores local indexation, IBAN-based matching, and on-site états des lieux.
Approach
We modeled the real Belgian workflow as a single product: portfolio → lease → monthly rent → bank match → documents → field inspection → RAG assistant — with a Laravel API, React dashboard, and offline mobile PWA.
Result
One operational spine instead of five tools: tunable bank reconciliation, health-index rent revisions, printable and AI document layers, and mobile inventories that sync back to the lease.
